El Colegio de Escribanos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires se fund\u00f3 el 7 de abril de 1866 y fue la primera instituci\u00f3n colegiada del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n En 1947, alcanz\u00f3 su condici\u00f3n de entidad de derecho p\u00fablico. Desde entonces, es responsable de garantizar a la comunidad el ejercicio de las facultades que el Estado delega en los escribanos, con absoluta honradez y persiguiendo siempre el bien com\u00fan.<\/p>\n \u00bfC\u00f3mo se brinda aquella garant\u00eda?
